It seems that there is still a long way to go before Google Apps can be used by businesses if they ever should? Particularly the data ownership issue, Google in fact owns your documents, mails, spreadsheets, etc. should be a real no-go for commerce use of Google Apps by any business. But anyway I’m still somewhat “googlefied” and I like their approach on how to enable the web.
